About Full Circle 3D
Our Story
Full Circle 3D began long before the first printer powered on. In the early 1980s, Mike started out as a Toolmaker, crafting precision jigs and fixtures used in the machining of aluminum castings for the growing computer industry. That hands-on work sparked a lifelong appreciation for design, materials, and problem-solving — skills that carried through an unexpected new chapter in aviation as a helicopter pilot and aircraft mechanic.
After years spent working in the air and on the ground, Mike eventually returned to what started it all: building and creating. With 3D printing now bridging craftsmanship and technology, Full Circle 3D was born — a place where decades of mechanical know-how meet the possibilities of modern manufacturing. Today, that experience drives every project, from custom designs and prototypes to practical products that make life a little smarter, simpler, and stronger.
